I’m a Certified Athletic Trainer and sports science coach with over 15 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and stay healthy long-term.


My background is rooted in athletic training and orthopedic care, where I worked closely with physicians, physical therapists, and performance professionals. Over time, I saw how effective data and proper assessment could be - not just for athletes, but for everyday men trying to balance work, family, and health.


Reclaim Wellness was created to bring that same level of precision and care to men who want clarity instead of guesswork. My approach is simple: understand the individual first, then build a strategy that fits their body and their life.

A health & wellness coach helps people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it. Most people don’t struggle because of a lack of information.
